One of the first realizations upon awakening to spiritual energies is the fact that you create your own reality.

As you raise your vibration through spiritual practice the time lapse between concept and manifestation will become shorter. At first this can be daunting as you may feel that sometimes your emotions are uncontrolled and your external  world follows suit. 

Remember, positive emotions like gratitude, compassion, love and joy are very high vibrational energies.
