BASE CHAKRA

The base chakra energy centre connects your multidimensional self with the energy of the planet. It rules over the physical realm. It is about being in your body while completely present in the moment. This is spirit made manifest. It sits at the base of the spine and extends down through your feet and into the Earth. It governs your legs, feet and bones.

​When you are connected with this energy you feel the buzz of the Earth's electromagnetic energy. You feel alive and very spiritually protected. You experience life in harmony with nature and the world around you. Your thoughts are not chaotic and you are totally at peace.

This chakra is the link to your physical reality. It gives vitality to your body and security in your world. It also influences your ability to manifest frequencies into your physical reality. Everything you manifest into physical life is due to the energy running through this centre, so be careful. To energize this chakra - get physical. Do some exercise. Spend time in nature. Focusing on your sense of security and stability within the Earth realm will also direct energy here.

​This chakra in its awakened state helps by bringing your full spiritual presence into the here and now. It integrates the high frequency of who you are as a spirit into the Earth plane. Everything that you do physically will reflect your higher self. You will know that this chakra has awoken to your spirit when you are able to walk the Earth comfortably as your divine self and manifest what you want with ease.
